Special Notice: Groove Policy  
The NTPGA Players Tour will not adopt the USGA Rules of Golf groove policy for tournaments in 2012.

Special Notice: Use of Measuring Devices 
The NTPGA Players Tour will allow the use of devices that measure only distance in all 2012 events.  The use of devices that gauge or measure other conditions that might affect a player's play (e.g., wind, temperature, gradient etc.), regardless of whether any such additional functions are actually used is not permitted.
