NTPGA Junior Golf Foundation Scholarships 

The Northern Texas PGA Junior Golf Foundation is pleased to continue its charitable commitment to educational services through its scholarship program. In 2018, 25+ scholarships valued at $5,000 each will be awarded.

The Mac Spikes PGA Member Scholarship is for children and grandchildren of NTPGA Members. Children or grandchildren do NOT need to be members of the NTPGA Junior Tour or play golf to be eligible for this scholarship. The other scholarship opportunities are for NTPGA Junior Tour Members.

Applicants MUST be a 2018 member of the Northern Texas PGA Junior Tour, have completed (or plan to complete) high school prior to August 1, 2018, and have enrolled (or plan to enroll) in an accredited college or university in the Fall of 2018.
 
Applications must be returned to the Northern Texas PGA by Friday, February 16. Only online applications will be accepted. For more information on the scholarships and to apply, please read HERE. In 2017, 33 recipients have earned scholarships totaling $265,000, the most ever given in a single year by the Foundation.

Of the scholarships given, 62% were provided based on financial need, academic performance, extracurricular activities and community involvement, while 38% were based on academic performance, extracurricular activities and community involvement.

PGA Financial Assistance Fund Scholarship Program

 
The PGA of America is pleased to announce that the PGA Financial Assistance Fund Scholarship Program is now available online at PGA.org. Information about the scholarship program and a link to the application are accessible. Graduating high school seniors and college students who are the children or grandchildren of PGA members are invited to apply. The application must be completed online. 
 
Applications must be completed and submitted online at PGA Financial Assistance Fund Scholarship Program by 5:00 p.m. ET on March 1, 2018.
 
The PGA of America does ask that students not apply until they get their current semester/quarter transcripts so they are working off the most current cumulative GPA.
