STARTING TIMES: Starting times for qualifying events will be available by calling the qualifying site 48 hours in advance of your qualifying round. The Northern Texas PGA will also be emailing out all starting times to players in the Texas State Open qualifying events. Please note: An on-site qualifying fee (maximum of $25.00) is payable at the host qualifying site.

PRACTICE ROUNDS: Practice rounds may be coordinated by calling the qualifying site.

QUALIFYING SPOTS: The number of qualifying spots were determined pro rata based upon the total number of entries received. All ties for the final qualifying spot in each event will advance to the tournament proper.

SECOND CHANCE QUALIFYING: On Tuesday, July 8 there will be a second chance qualifying tournament at The Cascades (Primary Site) and Hollytree Country Club (Overflow Site – if number of entries necessitate), as an additional option to make the starting field. It is open to any eligible player missing the June 11 entry deadline or to any unsuccessful qualifier. Entry forms and online sign-up are available HERE. SUCCESSFUL QUALIFIERS: Successful qualifiers will be mailed a tournament packet containing all pertinent information for the 38th Texas State Open following the qualifying date.

DRESS CODE POLICY: Shorts are permitted during qualifying rounds.

MEASURING DEVICES: Measuring Devices which measure distance only are permitted.
