Each year the NTPGA Section and Chapters recognize its members and others in the golf community through the NTPGA Awards program. PGA Members may nominate another Section & Chapter member OR themselves for any of the awards listed. All members recognized with a Chapter award will be automatically nominated for a Section award.
The Section Awards Chairman will contact all PGA Members who have been nominated to provide them with an application. Individuals receiving a nomination must fill out an application form of information and accomplishments directly related to the award for which they are nominated. A nominee who does not provide this information to the Chapter or Section will be given no consideration.
Nominee applications must be sent to the following individuals:
West Chapter applications: Pete Petersen, Hillcrest Country Club
East Chapter applications: Mark Cote, Eagle’s Bluff Golf Course
Metro Chapter applications: David Foster, Denton Country Club
It is the intent of the Section and Chapters to adhere to the following deadlines:
Chapter Award Nominees presented before May 28, 2009.
Chapter Award Recipients announced and notified before July 1, 2009.
Section Award Recipients announced and notified during the NTPGA Professional Championship on August 17-18, 2009.
